      Pros

      Easy going job, good pay for work load, benefits (health,vision,dental,401K), open door policy to management, promotion opportunity, overtime available for extra pay.

      Cons

      Non-flexible schedule, a lot of overtime(sometimes unavoidable), a lot of politics, not completely open on what's going on behind the scenes, communication lacks, training for improvement heavily based on the shift your are assigned, not much vacation time, work life balance is a struggle

      Great pay with no prior experience. Nice co workers , the company gives opportunities for advancement if you're good at what you do.

      Pros

      Working at Knighted Ventures has taught me a lot and I am very grateful for the company. Excellent starting pay, advancement opportunities, great leadership spread across the company, supervisors that care about you and your goals. The company culture is pretty nice as well, we all come from different backgrounds and contribute something special to the company.

      Cons

      Point system is still flawed, I think we need to take a look at it one more time and really make those necessary changes. I do like it but could be improved.
