      Pros

      Good pay starting with potential to move up. Easy job with basic bottom line needs. Stress free environment in my particular card room as well. They have good communication with employees and a great open door policy with management.

      Cons

      Rules of the company are not universal. Night shifts in California get a differential; Florida does not. Some casinos in California have referral bonuses, Florida does not.logistics are pretty bad as in decisions are usually made last minute and the card room almost consistently runs understaffed.

      Easy job, Easy money, Some good Supes

      Cons

      Overtime, late breaks and lunches, you need thick skin for the players abuse, constant testing on games and "watching"

      Pros

      The job isn't very difficult. Pay attention in training and it's fairly easy. Everyone from the recruiter to trainers to supervisors and the owners (who you meet right away) are very welcoming. Owners come into the casinos on holidays. That's cool.

      Cons

      I love overtime but my co-workers don't like it as much. I love working graveyard for the additional pay but I don't have much of a social life.
