Pros

The employees were a joy to work with. Certain supervisors were a joy to work with as well.

Cons

There is no advancement within the company unless you kiss someone's butt! There was obvious favoritism. I was there for three years and never got a raise.

Pros

Relatively well-organized, with management that seems really concerned with everyone's well-being. The owners go out of their way to meet and remember employees at all levels, even as large as the company has grown, and I really can't say enough nice things about them.

Cons

1-2 hours of overtime daily, almost all night shifts for new hires, work is mind-numbingly repetitive and boring, strictly enforced attendance and tardee policy, no vacation days accumulate until after a year of employment. They tend to only higher employees who have college degrees or hsve been in the industry for a while, but in either of those cases you can probably make more elsewhere.

Really laid back at times. Got to watch sports on TV and meet interesting people at the poker tables.

Cons

Long pre-shift meetings, inability to have a phone, wallet, pockets, or anything else on you. Management not necessarily founded upon leadership ability in many cases.
