      Company is fast growing with lots of opportunity. Everyone is promoted from within so that gives hope that you can grow with the company and make it a career.

      Cons

      Many managers are young because of the growth. They try their best to help associates but are sometimes inexperienced.

You're right, though - growth does have its downsides in that many of our team members are new to management!
