      Lots of math, keeps your mind sharp, interesting characters

      Cons

      Not much room to grow, they want you committed to the casino, poor management style, lack of trust, treated like a child, even if you're good at what you do if you're not in their click you don't move anywhere

      Lots of ot work even when you ask to leave on time, leadership is all young and play a lot of games, some people have more power than they need.
