Pros

The people are all really great, unique environment, they try to do a lot for the employees. Every day is something different, so if you don't want monotony, this is definitely the place to be.

Cons

Newer company, so it's bound to get some things wrong. It's still in the building stages - not everything is correct or up to speed, so changes happen pretty often. Not always in-touch with all employee problems.

Very unique atmosphere meeting a wide range of personalities. Excellent teamwork and coworkers.

Cons

At times there is quite a bit of OT but management has done well to improve this aspect.

Pros

The culture of the organization and your fellow employees are great parts of working here. It is a very easy job once you get a hang of it. The management is actively at the casino as well, they know you on a first name basis.

Cons

Challenges of working here are that the promotions are not based on your work level but several biases. The supervisor in charge will rather lie to you then be honest, sometimes causing you to receive a different answer from several supervisors.
