      Caring company culture, not a fit for everyone but definitely a great place to work.

      Pros

      Company invests in it's employees. The casino industry is very tough and compared to other companies out there they make an effort to take care of their people and their communities.

      Cons

      The company as gotten very big and sometimes you get lost in the shuffle. There is still some 'learn as you go' situations but Knighted has really come a long way to develop internal leadership, curriculums and training structures.

      Pros

      There’s always work to do. If you’re like me and don’t enjoy being idle, that can definitely be a positive. You have some really amazing people that you meet in between.

      Cons

      Leadership lacks direction and consistency, there’s little to no real accountability, just a pattern of deflection and blame-shifting. Good people often leave due to mismanagement & dysfunction ( & not the good kind).

      Pros

      There is always full time work with opportunities to work extra days so there’s always chance to work.

      Cons

      Poor communications from the floor supervisors, poorly timed breaks, lack of support when you get verbally abused by players and favoritism on who they want to give new game training to.
