      Pros

      Engaging and fun if you like watching gambling. Supportive company culture. Fast paced Very happy to train new employees

      Cons

      Fairly unforgiving when it comes to making mistakes. Requires dealing with a lot of people as they lose large quantities of money or who are just very concieted. Is impossible for some people depending on aptitude.

      Pros

      Easy job for good money, not physically demanding at all, a fun environment. You can move up quickly if you put in the work

      Cons

      Like any job, management is usually the biggest problem. Getting written up for having to go home sick is not cool. If you're in a relationship with another banker, they will put you and your partner on complete opposite shifts, which seems like a really good way to get both people to quit. You are replaceable and will be replaced as soon as they have enough new hires to do so. There are a couple supervisors who are cool, but the others seem like they are hunting for excuses to get people in trouble sometimes
