Pros

The training is excellent and the environment is extremely positive. Everyone from the owner to the newest team member is willing to not just answer a question, but will roll up their sleeves to pitch in and help. Bonus, pay, tools, processes, and culture are exactly what I've looked for in 20 years of sales. It's as if the company read every exit interview from every sales rep over the past decade and built a company around them.

Cons

Getting off at 6:00PM took a bit getting used to.

6pm? Have you taken advantage of our flex schedule. We realize that 9-6 doesn't always work for everyone so we made sure we can accommodate if possible. I think also not having any cap on commissions is a great pro for Sales.

Pros

The amazing views, the friendly, laid back people, the work-life balance, the bonuses, the excitement and room for growth! Great initial training program for all new employees too. You'll be an expert within 3 days on what we do as a company.

Cons

Fast growing companies like ours may have snags along the way, but I haven't seen much of anything happen that has hindered my progress or efficiency as an employee. It's been great! Benefits will improve with time, I'm sure.

Pros

I have been with KnowBe4 since the beginning in 2010. I enjoy the freedom that is part of the culture, both personally and professionally. It has been fun to see the company grow and become successful. I have worked at companies in the past where creativity and ingenuity were squashed. That is not the case at KnowBe4 as we encourage creativity and new ideas.

Cons

With KnowBe4 being a smaller company it comes with some limitations on perks such as 401k matching, health plan options, etc but they are working on that. As the company gets bigger Im sure more options and perks will become available. Also the temperature controls in this building are horrible, its always too hot or too cold... hopefully the new building will take care of this.

We now have: 1.) 401K Matching up to 3.5% as of 2019 2.) More heath, dental, vision, life and additional insurances. Finding the right temperature to please everyone can be an interesting adventure. This is why we gave out KB4 team hoodies this year. We work our best to find a balance.
