Horrible culture. Micro management. Lack of communication although it is such a highly micro managed organization. Without no vivid reason I was laid off. I had sickness of 1 day during my 1 month probation period and that was used as excuse when I was informed they were firing me on the spot. I kept speaking to the trainers and my manager if all was on track with my training and if there was any feedback on my performance, but I was informed that all was going as it should. I have never worked in such a bad culture and environment where there is NO trust from management and upper management. I have worked in the tech industry for years, mainly Fortune 500 companies, and never have I ever experienced such bad communication, horrible culture and lack of trust from management/upper management. I wish I had never signed a contract with KnowBe4. It only turned out to be a HUGE positive thing to get laid off.
