Pros

As a recent hire, the best thing so far has been the emphasis on company culture. I felt included and part of the team right away. My coworkers have been helpful, patient, and a joy to work with. I feel comfortable asking questions, voicing my opinions, and being myself. There's lots of opportunity for internal growth, including coaching and assistance with finding what path suits you!

Cons

Not necessarily a true "con" but it is hard work! Expectations are high, but there's excitement around meeting those expectations. These are some of the most hard-working people I have ever worked with.

Pros

KnowBe4 has put together a unique combination of talent and technology in a new space. Since I arrived, the company has continued to grow and it has been great to see all the internal promotions and advancements that individuals have made. Stu is a special leader and he has created an atmosphere like no other that I have worked in. Executives are given the freedom to build out their areas in a manner which best aligns with the goals they have been given. Leadership welcomes feedback from all levels of the team. The team bonus plan is great at getting everyone to pull together to reach our common goals. This is the place I'd like to eventually retire from.

Cons

With the growth, it is impossible to know everyone now. Going public has added some "red tape" to adhere to all the compliances that private companies don't have to worry about.

Pros

You know when you start a new job and it all sounds great, but you are waiting for the other shoe to drop and the company's true colors to show? At KnowBe4 the shoe never dropped! Great team of people who are bright, team oriented, and overall positive. The majority of management views themselves as support for the production team and that shows in the way they are always willing to help, retrain, and develop others. The company wide bonus also reinforces this mentality. If you like transparency, ownership, and the ideal of winning as a team KnowBe4 is probably for you.

Cons

If you are local remote there are times you have to visit the office to pick up swag instead of having those items shipped. Not a big deal overall, but sometimes putting on pants to make that drive is a challenge.
