Strong culture, clearly defined goals. Achievable goals. Everyone knows exactly what needs to be done to be successful. Knowbe4 has created a structure that will help employees to be productive. You have a deep training program, a performance coach, a career advisor, and your manager. All with the same mentality to provide you the tools that you need to be successful. Knowbe4 was a big surprise for me that has exceeded all my expectations so far.
Cons
As the company is adapting to the COVID-19, training and onboarding procedures are going through the same. For a new employee, training was so comprehensive that got confusing and overwhelming sometimes. The evaluation criteria were changing depending on the trainer that was supervising your progress. This was a minor issue, but understandable because the whole process was being adapted to support growth during the pandemic.
