Pros
The HR team that did my onboarding had to be some of the kindest and most helpful people ever. They were patient and quick to answer questions. They were professional and also approachable. They worked hard to make the remote onboarding process easy despite all of the challenges that go along with having to get a brand new employee connected up and trained from afar. Alyssa and Brittan specifically were really fantastic to work with. Really, everyone was!
Cons
The only tricky thing was the remote aspect of onboarding. It would not be my preferred method. That said, all of my questions were answered promptly and I was never left feeling separate from the team.
