Where do I start ! - The level of training and development is World Class. They really are particular about providing you with the right tools to successfully carry out your job. Following on from the training they have the best culture that I have yet to experience anywhere else and I have been working at some great companies over the last 20 odd years. In a world where many times - how the company is performing is kept to a few and that information is disseminated to the rest of the company through a quarterly press release or something to that effect - KnowBe4 are the most transparent company - with everyone regardless of position or seniority level knowing exactly on a daily basis how the Company is performing and what is required to succeed for that particular month. Other things which make Knowbe4 an excellent company is its Company Wide Bonus, awesome benefits , excellent advancement opportunities. The final piece for me is the true integrity of the Exec Leadership Team who truly care about every Knowsters and that starts from the best CEO in the world - Stu Sjouwerman.
