I love working at Knowbe4, from day one it has been a great experience, I have never felt so welcomed and made to feel so part of a team and not just a cog in a wheel as I believe we can all sometimes feel in the day to day grind. I have been given the ability to grow and just a year in, in my role as Recruiter I was promoted. This is something Knowbe4 really pays attention too and helps with by having a career coach who really sits down with you and works out with you how to achieve the goals you want to achieve which is just another thing I have never seen anywhere else. It really is a great company with an amazing company culture.
