1yHello Knowster. Stu only addresses personal questions when prompted during Ask Me Anything sessions, as radical transparency is a top priority at KnowBe4. Our compensation is competitive for the Tampa market, as evidenced by the salary section on Glassdoor. We cannot control salary entries there, and as of 1/17/25, it is showing the following: $95k median pay for CSM, Account Manager $96k, Regional Account Manager $154k. We had 198 internal promotions last year. Yes, the rate has slowed since our extreme hypergrowth years, but we always look internally to advance our best employees.
