At KnowBe4, all of our managers go through leadership and management training courses – and “good cop, bad cop” is not one of the leadership strategies we teach or embrace. Our goal is to create a unique work environment where any employee could have any manager and receive the same great treatment and level of support. Also, as a former employee, we’re sure you are familiar with our “No Religion and No Politics policy.” While everyone is free to practice their own beliefs, those beliefs are not to be discussed during business hours and in no way impact our company culture or the way our organization is run.
