I feel lucky to have found KnowBe4. This has been an amazing place to grow my career and I see no end to that career growth in the near future. Between rapidly growing teams, dedicated time for professional development, certification reimbursement (plus bonuses!), career coaching, and performance coaching, I can continue to grow my career at KnowBe4 for a long time. Plus the company culture is unmatched. The people are all amazing. Everyone is happy and motivated, which makes me happy and more motivated to work. Plus there is a whole team here called "Fun and Shennanigans" that is responsible for awesome events and keeping everyone happy. Also, I made $25k in additional bonuses last year (between company-wide monthly bonuses, certification bonuses, and an end-of-year performance bonus). That's a lot of money on top of my base pay!

KnowBe4 has put together a unique combination of talent and technology in a new space. Since I arrived, the company has continued to grow and it has been great to see all the internal promotions and advancements that individuals have made. Stu is a special leader and he has created an atmosphere like no other that I have worked in. Executives are given the freedom to build out their areas in a manner which best aligns with the goals they have been given. Leadership welcomes feedback from all levels of the team. The team bonus plan is great at getting everyone to pull together to reach our common goals. This is the place I'd like to eventually retire from.
