      Pros

      Great product, I loved who I work with and my immediate supervisors, thankful I got my foot in the door here years ago and learned great skills. Lots of memories when it was good.

      Cons

      Sales teams getting beat up bad. Smoke & mirrors leading up to the extremely underwhelming comp changes earlier this year. With low quota attainment, there’s been little accountability and instead suffocating pressure on reps. Top reps started struggling when the new GTM strategy went live and the response was to hyper focus on administrative tasks, spreadsheets, micromanagement from SAEs. What, they just forgot how to sell? A lot of reps looking for work elsewhere.. taking the first chance they can to get paid appropriately and work for another organization. Reps that would have made great directors. It’s unfortunate to see. KB4 was a vibe at one time.

      While we are still on the J-curve of our new go-to-market strategy, we reevaluated our compensation plans to reflect what is being offered in the market.       Pros

      Great directors and VP’s and great culture to work in. Great work life balance with unlimited pto

      Cons

      The pay, the commission structure, so called “bonuses” which are little to nothing now but use to be really good. They make it impossible to even hit quota now.
