      Pros

      Coworkers are fantastic, and the products are (mostly) good, Excellent leadership in my department and the product sector as a whole Engaging job

      Cons

      Insultingly low pay Refusal to allow for fully remote work despite long commutes Prices for products are too high - some of our products do not fill a legitimate need, so they don't get bought.

      Hello Knowster. Our hybrid policy only applies to employees within a 25 mile radius to avoid long commutes. If you were hired for an in-office job and chose to live father than 25 miles away, we do not make exceptions.

      Great product, unachievable quotas

      Pros

      The product is great and KnowBe4 has established itself as the leader in this space.

      Cons

      Platform is expensive, lots of competitors offering training and phishing for free or very low cost as part of bundle software purchases, quotas for sales reps are unachievable and leadership refuses to make any changes until 2025.

      Hello Knowster. Our platform, as you know, includes more than just security awareness training content and phishing, which is why it can be more expensive than competitors. If you look at the salary tab on our Glassdoor page, you will see that our salary ranges are in line with the industry standards in Florida. We also ran a survey recently regarding compensation plans including how they are calculated and are making adjustments accordingly. Looking forward the new plans in will roll out in 2025.

      Nice coworkers. Free snacks. Cool office view of the water.

      Cons

      Below industry pay. They'll respond saying they pay industry standard - they factually don't. Since the Vista acquisition it's gone downhill. We've lost so many good staff and replaced them with Vista yes men. The culture is gone. The bonuses are abysmal, not even hitting mid bonus level for end of quarter. There's going to be a mass exodus. At least Stu got his cyber truck.

      Hello Knowster. If you look at the salary tab on our Glassdoor page, you will see that our salary ranges are in line with the industry standards in Florida. As of 10/22/24, the salary tab for CSM shows we are paying between $76k-$118k with a median of $94k. That information is not us posting it but Glassdoor collecting it from people that have done reviews. Our bonus game has always varied month to month, so there has never been a guaranteed dollar amount to hit monthly. Turnover has decreased markedly this year, so we believe that shows more people like the direction we are headed than dislike it.
