Pros
This company goes out of its way to support its employees. Management actively listens when you have concerns and does its best to find the best resolution for all parties involved, which wasn't something I experienced at a larger company. Also lots of opportunity for lateral movement and extracurriculars if you decide you want to do other things.
Cons
Knowesis is a growing company and so there is some trial-and-error in some service provisions to its employees while it figures out what is the best fit. This means there are times where you may have to go through the process of reorienting yourself to a new service or interface. Not a big headache, but understand it may cut into the schedules of those with busier calendars.
