Knowesis reviews

I have been with Knowesis for 5 years and have worked on 3 contracts. I was apprehensive about joining another contracting company at first but found out pretty quickly that I work for Knowesis and I am not just another expendable like my former contracts. That being said, we are assigned to a contract and if the contract ends, they will do everything they can to find somewhere else to place you before making the hard decision to let you go ... not something they like doing as they prefer to keep everyone. They take care of their employees and offer some the best benefits around. I am able to tele-work but also have the capability to meet with my team face-to-face at a coffee shop, the office or anywhere if needed. I was approached by another company recently and there was absolutely no comparison to what Knowesis offers including how they invest in the employee. I really like that they do not hide anything. They are transparent with company performance, future direction, even the down times. They take the downs pretty seriously and perform a self-examination to figure out why and then work to correct it if possible. Bottom Line ... best contracting company I have every worked for, hands down.
