Great place to learn, but not great to grow

Pros

The company is great, 1. Great learning. 2. Good projects to get hands-on. 3. Higher management is easy to reach. 4. Hybrid work culture. You can always fit yourself to your proficiency and learn new technologies as per your likes. It's a great growing company with good number of clients and a clear vision of CEO.

Cons

Coming to cons, 1. No stable policy, you cannot trust any policies over here though it's in writing and even mails from the CEO. 2. Too much of language groupism. You can feel a bit cornered if you don't know any of their native languages. 3. The appraisal policies are not very clear for everyone, somewhere or the other transparency is missing. 4. No work life balance, no matter how much you give yours to the company you will get nothing in return.

Family like culture. Except this nothing else is there

Cons

1. They are listed as big data company but they don't have projects on big data .. 2. You tell them I have been working as an manager in so n so company .. they will come back to you and ask you to wash their clothes . That's the level of project assignment. 3. No job security. 4. Very less salary and they will except you to do anything and everything for them. 5. You will forget your own time if you will join here 6. Poor management
