Pros

THE BEST Place to work Knowledge Lens! I really appreciate and thank you so much for all of the opportunities this company has provided me which has not only helped but, is helping me to grow technically, professionally as well as personally. I have learned so much in these past 9 months (and still learning from this great place), Make positive is just filled with lots of opportunities at every level of career. Awesome people to work with, always ready to help, encourage and support... be it technical or personal. Company Head(CEO): Sudeesh Narayan, Must Say, He is such a cool & supportive person, always has the best solution to any concern/problem and always there to motivate, encourage & provide the best guidance or help. TEAM LEAD(Head of UI): Venkatesh Tanguturi, A happy person with a smiling face always and also, always ready to listen to employee queries/concerns and try to help in the best possible way.

Pros

1. Here you can work with cutting-edge Technologies and you can learn very quickly in a short span 2. CEO of the company is Kind and a Gentle Person, who helps and guides when team faces difficulty.

Cons

1. Biased Work Culture - The problem many personally face here is Biased mentality of people, where some Managers unprofessionally are supported by CEO and Higher staff. If you are a junior or fresher, you will be easily supressed by certain Managers who put sugar coat to CEO through many ways. 2. Improper deadlines - Even though how much you work hard, there are certain Managers who criticize you in constant basis. This needs to be avoided and these Managers will force you to work for hours by purposely asking a small team for project. Many times People are forced to work late nights. 3. Employee needs to be treated properly - The reason why you are losing good seniors or experienced is, there is no proper employee treatment. Some seniors who carry the brand of company are treated well but some who really work hard are never treated. So its a basic thinking of some to quit the job even though they are over paid. Employees deserve Life and they cant be Mechanical. 4. Hiring Groups - I dont know why people in this company are into groups based on language. One is M, Another group is T and another one is Miscellaneous groups. This adds biasing to the company culture and will not help in growth after certain point. I know how much this hurts. Please recruit people from different parts and cultivate the culture of team spirit rather than family membership. Its okay to fire certain deviants within the group, but please recruit good people for a healthy atmosphere with in the company. 5. Politics with the company - The one that kills the growth as a culture based company is Politics. If one manager dont like another manager, he/she will promote hatred through developers. For example if project is done under manager and another manager reviews it, another manager will not approve the design and ask the developer to do it in another way.

Pros

They use latest technology and give space for R&D

Cons

1. very poor timeline management 2. if plan is for 6months delivery, 5months work will be in one direction and last one month all the implementation changes getting pressure on whole team 3. unprofessionalism: some people here expect u to work on late nights irrespective of regular shift even try to call you into meetings in the late nights 4. If domain changes are there inside the company, you can expect the higher level people to put pressure telling that they might push you back to previous role if we don't perform things as per their expectations and they do expect a lot 5. A 2 year experience guy can become Technology Lead 6. A lot of regional biasing, everyone in the company knows whom we refer this to. 7. 3 months notice period to be served from office and that to no leaves are allowed in notice period 8. No proper planning and adhoc tasks creating pressure. employees here can't reject the things politely as the higher level people won't accept it and they endup in doing all adhoc tasks
