Pros

Good Salary if you work 24x7

Cons

There's no developer in this company, only Typewriters/Framework experts, If you dare to THINK , you'll be soon put outside the company or in negative zone or transferred somewhere else. Nobody is happy with Development quality. You'll learn just frameworks so if next you want to work in a service based company then good else Don't expect to learn quality here. People in this company become technology leads in no time. If you're just 2 years experienced ? Congratulations ! You're a Tech Lead!, Now get the hell out of coding and manage people, raise your ego and raise voice on your juniors, insult them and then laugh and be proud of your behaviour because that's what Upper management supports they will award you for this in annual gathering with huge Trophy and a headphone to avoid listening to juniors. If you bring something extra to the table all senior people will laugh on you like literally and then they make fun of you in front of everyone because they can't handle solutions coming out of a junior. Well , Same above applies in all hierarchy of management. Middle management like Technical architect or whatever they call themselves, They are smart enough to not bring their self respect(if there's any left) in office because that's often usually crushed in front of entire office. but don't worry in the end CEO will give you trophy, a mobile phone, bonus and pay raise for bearing this ( that's a lot right ? well he is a businessmen). Lot of Good senior people left this company because they used to THINK and because they were put in negative zone. Other Employees created distance from them. Now entire process is run by people who are just stuck here because of no actual skills developed, good money and they got married. Advice for Existing Developers : Whatever cutting Edge technology you’re working on, doesn't matter, if your basics itself are not good. Get out of that trap, your career is on stake here.Try to validate your skills outside once and then you know your actual worth.

Pros

As of now no Pros.

Cons

"The culture at Knowledge Lens, A Rockwell Automation Company, is challenging and demoralizing. Some employees feel that managers show favoritism and create a hostile work environment. There's a perception of fear and distrust, with some employees feeling micromanaged and decisions seeming arbitrary. Some employees believe that the company lacks exciting projects. Some employees feel that the company indirectly encourages employees to leave through actions that may be perceived as mental harassment. There are concerns about a high level of office politics and gossip. Some employees feel that the leave policy could be more accommodating, as it may be challenging to take sick leave without facing pressure to come to the office. Overall, some employees feel that managers could improve communication and interpersonal skills when interacting with employees."
