Pros

Learning oppurtinies are fine except that every thing is worst.good to do internship but not to work full time.

Cons

No work-life balance,no team involvement. It's basically a company that work on c2h model they will hire you on your payroll but will sent u to some 3rd party client as vendor.

Pros

- As a fresher its good to join this company to learn new cutting edge technologies.

Cons

- very bad work life balance. - Once you enter to this company, it is a jail for you. You can't go out easily. They will torture you at the time of your leaving. - They tortured me so much at the time of my resignation. - The CEO is a liar. Even though some policy was mentioned in the offer letter, he told me that our company never had that policy. That was a pure lie. - Even after serving the notice period, he did not clear my due payment. - Furthermore, manager talked to me very angrily and unprofessionally over a call when I left the company.

Pros

I hope there is - review for this company they throw me in Pandemic literally they forced me to leave when you want to leave they will give you 3 month notice period when they want to they will do it in no time

Cons

if you are new to this company then everything will look good for you but the real story start after that. I worked here around less than one year so here are my observations A- 96% chance that you are in support and you have no career ahead move from here after 2 years this company will destroy your career I have seen front end developers are doing support job. (if you are working here for more than a year then try to switch market demand is different dear) B- there are 2 client location one is P and another D if you are working for D then they will give you work more than 12 hours and the irony is that you cannot tell this thing a kl manager(because they only want profit from you, your life is nothing for them ) and if you tell this thing to your client manager they will escalate you in the name of performance while you are working very best. C- Start learning dance and singing it will directly impact your hike I have seen people who dance and sing there they got more than 50% hike and you got half of them because you cannot dance or sing (simply you don't want to be a monkey for the money you believe in your work) D- Contribution and ownership problem here (they want you to take ownership of big tasks and put you on a support job most of the time they will give an example of your team lead that see how much he is working..but man or ladies he is getting 2 or 4 times of your salary) no one told you to live only Saturday and Sunday. E- Long working hours in the name of impress client I used to come to the office around 9:30 and leave after 11 pm night while salary is the same because I have to sync with client timings. F- hikes if the person will come from the outside company he will get a better salary then you when you both have 2 years of experience and you should get an advantage as you are working here for the 2 years so why you are staying here man. E - you cannot discuss salary here because of the above issue. Simply you are a fool for working in this company for more than 2 years (move fast man they will suck you) F- they will glorify support work because they need money they are not concern about the career you have to think about that only G- I have also seen a lot of techs lead people working late at night and coming in the morning they are getting equity they can work. H- very strict timing for coming at the office and you instantly get sms from HR that when you reached the office but they will never ask you why are you working so long(because they never understand that you are working from 9 am and after 7 you have to attend calls from the client after going home you are still doing your meeting work) I- No resource backup here means one day if you take leave then that day whole team will be under pressure because there is no backup for a person while right now in my company (eventually I was thrown out from this company in the name of client escalation because they want me to do more work while my working hours are done ) You will always taunt from your manager that you are not at a time while they will never appreciate your efforts. J- You are working here more than 8 hours then you are missing a very important thing in your life man it is your time man, you are not getting paid only for 8 hours and you are working more than 12 hours a day. K- if you are thinking from the above point that I am incompetent then here is the news I am working with a top product based company right now which is the dream of many of you. I got a 300%(5 to 21 LPA) hike after 3 months of unemployment after thrown out from this company. and work right now I am doing only 2 or 3 hours a day that's it .writing only 50-100 lines of code a day. isn't it awesome? L- then if you are fresher here try to give time yourself up to 4 hours a day, Do DS and also in java and python and prepare for the coding interview and join a real product based company. I gave only 3 months 18 hours a day because they throw me out and big thanks for that and here I am today. M- yes I forgot another thing feedback CEO will ask for feedback and only implement when it is in the profit of the company, not yours. N- they will tell you, many time they will convince you that come to us discuss directly 1st thing they will do if you want more salary then they will start searching for your replacement If you are in support then you will be always in support of a lot of people begin in front of them to move from the support work because there is no future man, either you are working big client or other. You think you are working on AWS and you will become a hero no man it is a tool and you are just using that nothing more. With love From AWS
