Amazing work environment. People are extremely talented and kind. Senior management really cares about the company and people. The benefits are awesome! Bar on tap in the office!

Cons

Work-life balance on my specific account was non-existent but it depended on the client you were working on.

Pay is competitive, I thought it was great, but based on recruiter calls, its pretty industry standard Lots of retention bonuses Benefits are pretty good

Cons

While saying they are data focused, the people who are in charge are media strategy and CX. Frequent pressure to make up stories for client benefit instead of presenting the analysis Most of the work falls to buyer science or channel science. Or creative. All the posts about not real data science are correct. Its sold as a data science role, but its a media agency role. If you want to do data science, go to one of the tech companies that are hiring
