Pros

Trust their employees and empower them to do the best they can do. Put their money where their mouth is. If you're going to work at an marketing agency, make it this one! Unlimited PTO and competitive salary. Good work/life balance if you put up good boundaries for yourself.

Increasingly bureaucratic, getting larger without adequate structural support systems in place

Pros

I've worked in the industry for 4 years now as an assistant editor, and this is the first job I've held that pays me what I deserve, understands work life balance, and provides good benefits. The CEO is approachable, and Known is growing at such a fast rate, it feels very stable, and like you're a part of a company about to make it huge.

Cons

Can be slightly demanding, but is no different in that regard from other industry jobs. As an assistant editor, you have to come into the office as well for a good part of the week, but almost everyone else works from home.
