- The work-life balance has gotten better, but boundaries are often blurred. - Hard work is sometimes undermined by senior leaders and partners. - Concerns and issues are sometimes avoided, delayed, or not properly addressed by senior leadership and/or talent management/HR. - There has been a general sentiment that the partners and team leaders care more about clients than the employees/team members.

Pros

I've been at Known for 6 months and it's the best job I've ever had. The people are extremely talented, the projects are working with top tier clients, and the work is extremely creative. The benefits are wonderful and work/life balance is actually encouraged and extremely flexible. I feel like I'm proud of the work I do, but work isn't everyone's life and it's such a refreshing change from so much of the industry.

Cons

I will say that there is some overall messiness in department structure from agencies merging to form Known not too long ago. They seem to be slowly working out those kinks.
