- Excellent quality of coworkers, everyone is very smart and friendly - Wide assortment of clients from many different fields (children's education, fast food, fitness, cancer awareness, vaccine research, etc) - Known has fully embraced Work-From-Home - Generous employee benefits, such as unlimited PTO and sick time

Cons

- Reliance on clients means that when advertising spend across the industry is down so are our numbers, impacting bonuses, compensation adjustments and retention. - Some of our older, more unusual and generous benefits have disappeared as the company has grown (such as the Vacation Bonus program).

While having an office in the Boston area with a good amount of employees working and living nearby, not a lot of people go to the office on a regular basis, impacting the overall company culture.
