      Pros

      Supportive. Provides great systems to support reps in reaching daily goals. Weekly meeting to keep everyone one top of changes and goals

      No cons to report on this employer in my own opinion oh but benefits are not the greatest health insurance access is too expensive with no options available

      Pros

      The pros are very non existent, but the biggest would be a paycheck.

      Cons

      Everything. Recruiters lie about incentives, benefits, and the managers are so out of tune. They don't know if they are going right or left. Metrics are not reality! The company is horrible honestly! And there is little to no training!!
