      Flexibility to work from home

      Taken away incentive Salary are not as described. I have been there two years and don’t even make what they say is base pay. They used incentives to boost salary And then set goals so high you can’t meet goal to get the incentives. There is no transparency. They recently laid off and told the remaining employees it wasn’t a layoff.

      Things change RAPIDLY. One day its yes do this, the next its no don't do that. Payer access can be a pain which means calls and that means taking longer to complete work.
