system is horrible -- not user friendly at all, micro-management, training is not the best -- its like 2 days and 3 or 4 hours -- very long and drawn out, notating accounts is terrible -- you have to type the same thing over and over again and if you miss something like a comma, your manager mentions it to you, benefits are ehh
