      Pros

      This company did offer a decent work/life balance.

      Cons

      It depends on who your supervisor is. From my understanding things have changed drastically. They used to have a decent monthly incentive bonus plan. From my understanding, that is no longer offered.

      The pros are very non existent, but the biggest would be a paycheck.

      Cons

      Everything. Recruiters lie about incentives, benefits, and the managers are so out of tune. They don't know if they are going right or left. Metrics are not reality! The company is horrible honestly! And there is little to no training!!
