      Pros

      Koalafi is a great company to work for. Leadership does a great job aligning the company on our mission and vision and they genuinely care. Our platform is the most innovative on the market and continues to get better.

      Cons

      There are some growing pains but the communication and transparency have been refreshing.

      Pros

      The Company cares about its employees and values ethics and honesty in its everyday practices. The culture is one of inclusivity and teamwork that stems from the very top. No individual employee is bigger than the entire company, but each individual employee is also valued as an important part of the team. There is a tremendous amount of support for employees for both their professional and personal development. I truly feel valued and appreciated for everything I do and feel as though I am part of a Koalafi family.

      Cons

      Not really a con , but the company is fast growing and always changing, so the quick changes in demand and focus can be challenging at times if that is not the working environment you prefer. But again, there is tremendous support for employees to meet those challenges and to also maintain a good work/life balance. Truly, the only real con about Koalafi is that I didn't find it sooner.

      Leadership sees potential in employees (even before they might see it). Great benefits. If you demonstrate you can perform, you are given increasing responsibility and are rewarded for it. Great culture for cultivating entrepreneurship mindset.

      Cons

      We aren't fully remote yet for all positions.
