      Pros

      Honest team effort from other salespeople, managers and support staff. It's fun to sell something that doesn't cost the customer anything! Lots of room for advancement.

      Cons

      Depending on your position there can be a lot of traveling.

      This company is growing very fast and there is always opportunities to grow. The executives are all down-to-earth, friendly and very interested in developing employees.

      Cons

      There may not be as much perks as a bigger company but they are always adding new benefits and perks.
