      Pros

      I have seen this company address an enormous amount of change and adaptation in an environment that requires speed and accuracy. They have the best developers I have ever met that work faster than I have ever seen. And they like to win just as much as anyone. West Creek wants to create the very BEST product on the market. Not only in the eyes of the retailers it serves, but the customers who lease using the program. All efforts are made to ensure the product is easy to use, understand and there is zero confusion. The leadership in this organization has the confidence in their teams to get succeed at the tasks required. They are quick to acknowledge success and quick to encourage during the challenges. The internal opportunities fantastic as the company grows. A great place to work - period.

      Pros

      A truly honest company. Transparency is a core value to the company and its clear in the interactions with dealers, customers, and as an employee. This is one of the hardest working teams I've ever been a part of and I love it. The staff comes from many backgrounds, and I'm constantly learning. I was surprised at how efficient on-boarding with West Creek was and was thrilled to be able to hit the ground running with confidence so quickly. If you are a hard worker, interested in a true team experience, and like giving your best everyday (with much appreciation by upper management) then this is the company for you.

      I’m always skeptical when I see a review without cons, but I feel I was given a strong description of my role throughout the many stages of the interview process and have found that description to be accurate. I’ve appreciated the feedback and effort by all coworkers to answer my questions or concerns as well as the questions or concerns of customers. Overall, I’m very satisfied.

      Pros

      I came to work here at west creek and i have to say it is by far one of the best company i have ever worked for. Everyone at the company starting with the executive team care very deeply about the company and the employees. The entire West Creek team is all about helping each other. I have to say that i had the chance to work with a great mentor( regional manager). I am sad that i had to leave ( personal reasons) but i would've loved to stay and grow with the company. Company has great benefits and people that will listen to your ideas.
