This company is run by a great team who knows the ins and outs of the business as well as maintaining a culture of positivity, hard work, and dedication. The benefits are great, hours are fair, and opportunities for advancement are abundant. Highly recommend getting in with this company while they are still on the ground floor. Some team members get to work from home which is an excellent bonus. The campus has a lake directly behind the building with a 1.5 mile path surrounding it for nice walks during a lunch break. During the summer you can walk across the street and watch a concert at Innsbrook Afterhours.
Cons
This varies depending on the position. For some it would be dealing with upset customers, for others it means working nights and weekends occasionally.
