      Pros

      I have been here 3 months and so far I can honestly say I really enjoy my job. It feels like you're working with family here at West Creek. Everyone works as a team and getting regular visits from the CEO makes you feel like the work you do is never overlooked. Great company to work for.

      Cons

      This is a newer company so there are still a few kinks to be worked out as far as process and systems.

      Pros

      I thoroughly enjoy the people at West Creek. I not only enjoy my time at work but also feel like I am developing everyday. In addition, their technology group is wonderfully fast and effective.

      Cons

      You have to be willing to work hard! There's not much room for slacking.

      This is a great company to work for. They value your opinion, and if you are motivated, you will have endless opportunities for advancement and leadership. They treat you like a person, and everyone from the executives to your peers show you respect and speak to you when they see you. You can't go wrong with this company!

      It is a startup, so policies can be made on the spot and changed as they grow and find their footing.
