      Pros

      New innovative approach to lending. Upper management is personable, and encouraging about growth opportunities. People are friendly and seem genuinely happy to be at work.

      Cons

      Slightly disorganized, growing so fast losing sight of what needs to be done. Taking the fly by your seat type of approach. Has neglected to realize the core things needed to make the business work in a cohesive manner.

      Bad pay, no benefits, no growing opportunities. Managers are disorganized. No one knows what their doing.

      Pros

      I really love the speed of execution. We move so swiftly in a coordinated manner. Decisions are based on data and “hunches” aren’t a common part of the vernacular.

      Cons

      We are a fast-growth company, so there are minor growing pains here and there. Typically they are quickly noticed and remedies are put in place.
