Paid time off Kind and hard working lower level employees

Cons

Mostly time away from family. Low base pay and poor commission structure for sales. Very high turnover. No room for career growth. Constant travel away from family during a pandemic. The product itself is rather poor in comparison to most competitors, even COVID-19 considered. Disconnect between upper management and sales that is heavily buffered by yes people.
