      Great benefits, fast-paced, people-focused. I LOVE working for West Creek.

      Cons

      Not a huge con but with massive and quick growth, there are some communication and balance growing pains.

      Extremely innovative. Strives to be transparent to customers in an industry that tends to only focus on bottom line. Leadership practice what they preach and all know you by name

      Cons

      Communication can get difficult between departments in a constant building environment. I will say that it gets better every month and leadership hears our concerns in this space
