      Great people, involved leaders, resilient company

      Pros

      Koalafi is a unique company with incredible talent density. At all levels, I find myself working with some of the smartest, most talented, and hard working people. The environment is extremely fast paced and dynamic allowing me the opportunity to see new things and enhance my skills at a level I haven't experienced in previous jobs. Also, after a challenging year I feel confident with leaderships transparency and road map to ensure the company is successful from a business perspective and for it's associates.

      Cons

      Naturally, as a start up, change is constant and reacting to the surrounded environment is key to the success of the company. With that comes frequent changes in priorities which at times can be challenging.
