We strongly believe in rewarding for performance and providing the opportunity for "rest and recharge"! We will continue to look for new and robust insurance options. Today we contribute ~80% of our staff's premiums to assist in overall costs. Thank you for your time and feedback!

4yThank you for your feedback. Where possible, we maintain a consistent Sales strategy. Our business and the economy experience change which in many cases cannot be ignored. These changes require thoughtful adjustments which in the short-term can be challenging but set our company up to realize long term value. A stable management team, with all else being equal, is certainly preferred. We are constantly evaluating our management team and structure though in an effort to build the best team and environment possible for our sales staff and the company at large.
