      Pros

      Benefits are good. It's a job.

      Cons

      Competition is brutal and West Creek is not competitive- dealing with retailers is not fun . Amazon and Affirm will dominate too much. Hours and pay. Much of the business is based on predatory lending to subprime audience- let that sink in as you try to sleep at night.

      Working with a Great Company

      Pros

      Opportunities for growth, leadership is positive and listens, good group moral, great benefits and overall relaxed atmosphere.

      Cons

      This is a fast growing company which is a great thing so you need to stay on top with the changes. This is not a "con" by any means but just a heads up to keep up.

      Pros

      Free snacks, nice co workers, casual office dress code, decent office location occasional free food. You get paid off when they fire you because they don't have a good reason to let you go.

      Cons

      Toxic C-Suite Executives, no respect for work/life balance, mistakes are considered unforgivable, no accountability on bad managers and executives. Incredible lack of diversity in leadership and staff.
