      Pros

      Love the culture, the teamwork, the atmosphere. There is definite a collaborative vibe in operations that should be seen in all other departments. They listen to feedback and work to make the environment a welcoming one.

      Cons

      They are working hard on communication and intent. Those were their cons but they are working on correcting them.

      Pros

      West Creek Leadership does a great job at challenging people in a way the helps you achieve your career goals. It is a fast paced environment that encourages you to think on your own to drive change . The culture is very team driven and the leadership I have worked directly with seem to truly care about their team.

      Cons

      Because West Creek is a fast paced environment at times the hours can be more demanding then your typically 9-5, but having a strong team helps maintain positivity in those big push times.

      Early on, a great place to fast-track growth, but not without significant investment

      Pros

      - Trust from the leadership to own my work and drive the agenda for my analysis - Culture of excellence, which pushes me to better myself - Impassioned, experienced, and caring leadership; I've faced some health and other personal challenges that both my manager and other leaders in the company have worked around and checked in on. This seems like a basic consideration, but I've worked in other places where that was not how I was treated. - Investment in my growth; I'm frequently exposed to the things I want to learn more about. Feedback is given to me frequently, directly, and clearly, but with respect and good intent (for me this is my preference)

      Cons

      Longer hours than many more corporate analyst jobs, as is common in the startup world. This is mitigated a bit by the fact that none the work is just busy work/extraneous. I don't submit slide decks to meetings just for their own sake or put in "face time". Everything I've done is clearly prioritized and pursued with purpose, but there is a lot of work to be done.
