      Friendly atmosphere Appreciative culture Understands when life happens Celebrates growth Open minded Flexible Fast paced Can learn a lot in a short period of time

      I enjoy being fast paced/ challenged frequently but it could be frustrating for a person that isn’t flexible/a problem solver

      Koalafi has grown so much over my 4 years here and I couldn't ask for more from a company! Leadership on all levels cares about every employee Everyday is challenging and exciting Co-workers are amazing and cross-departmental work is always a blast Company culture is outstanding and Koalafi offers so much in growth opportunities, benefits, and out-of-office activities

      Koalafi is a great place to work

      Pros

      Your success at Koalafi is based on merit and your effort to improve yourself and the company, not who you know. The work life balance is great. HR team is awesome The new office in Richmond is amazing. Leadership remembers who you are, and what you do, and make a point to show their appreciation regularly.

      Cons

      Pay is competitive, but you can make more at larger companies. Insurance coverage/cost isn't as good as it is at larger companies either. But that all makes sense.

We strongly believe in rewarding for performance and providing the opportunity for "rest and recharge"! We will continue to look for new and robust insurance options. Today we contribute ~80% of our staff's premiums to assist in overall costs. Thank you for your time and feedback!
