West Creeks efficiency is what sets it apart from the rest. Understanding that business owners can’t often take a lot of time out of their day to go through a long drawn out process, and having the know how to create a system allows for application in just a couple minutes, shows the attention to detail within this company. From the start of the partnership West Creek solely focuses on helping the dealer and their customers and every facet of the company reflects that. Internally, the benefits, compensation packages, and special events that West Creek provides for its employees shows that they understand this company, like with any, would be nothing without the people in it. Loyalty is one of the biggest core values reflected my this company.
Cons
West Creek’s reservation to terminate employment at their will is, to some, a con. However if you put in the necessary time it will be a non-issue.
