      Plenty of opportunity for those willing to put the extra work in. Benefits and pay are competitive. Management cares about you.

      The growth of the company means things will be shifting a lot, they mean it when they say you need to be "change agile"

      Pros

      West Creek is an exciting, fast growing place to work with plenty of opportunity to think creatively and collaboratively. Everyone is positive, energetic, fun, and respectful. They also do a great job at making employees feel valued. On my first day I had a thank you note on my desk hand written by the president of the company thanking me for choosing West Creek. On Friday of my first week, branded cupcakes were delivered to my house. Free lunch is plentiful. There is a leadership hosted book club and anyone who participates is reimbursed for the cost of the book and given breakfast or lunch during the book discussion meeting. I believe the pay and benefits are fantastic.

      None so far! Maybe the only con is they can't hire fast enough!! But that's a great problem to have!
