      Co-workers are enjoyable Good discounts and sales You learn everything there is to know about retail Good hours if you work hard

      Cons

      You are forced to learn everything about retail no matter what Management is useless and will throw you under the bus to cover their own mistakes LOTS of favoritism, but that's anywhere you go A fast half assed worker is considered better than a detailed worker Opportunity for advancement within the company is difficult Raise sucks

      Pros

      They have a lot of jobs in local area's. They are no better or worse than any other retailers in the industry.

      Cons

      The hours are not flexible, there is no where to go but sideways and getting any needed time off is difficult.

      Pros

      They always allowed me to schedule my work hours around my class schedule without "unintentionally" scheduling me for extra shifts like some other large chain stores do.

      Cons

      Forced point of sale associates to push signing up for a Kohl's credit card on shoppers in a predatory manner by offering money to associates who met a quota of people who signed up for the credit card.
